Engine
Remove the protective cover (B) and the
hub (C).
5. Remove both screws (A).
6. Lift off the protective cover (B).
7. Pull the hub (C) away from the crank-
shaft and remove the V-belt if the
mower is equipped with a drive.
Use pulling device 504 90 90-01 if nec-
essary.
NOTE!
Make sure the wedge in the
crankshaft does not get lost.
Remove the screws and lift out the
engine.
8. Remove the 3 screws holding the
engine to the cutting cover.
9. Lift out the engine.
To assemble, follow the instructions in the
reverse order as set out for dismantling.
Take care when tting the blade to ensure
it is aligned correctly. The grinded edge
should go rst in the direction of rotation
(anti-clockwise viewed from below)
NOTE!
Check the engine has the right
amount oil before starting.

1. Remove both screws (A) and remove
the blade.
!
WARNING!
Check the spark plug
guard has been removed
from the spark plug to
prevent the engine from
starting accidentally.
Use protective gloves to
avoid cutting your hands.
2. Remove both screws (B) and lift off the
protective cover (C).
Remove the protective cover.
