Follow the steps below to convert your CR5020 HSRF-500 (USB) to a HSRF-502
(RS232).
Prerequisites
1. Login to Huzzard ABC Tech Support Portal
a. https://huzzard.com/tech-support/tech-support-500/
1) If you do not have access to the Tech Support portal, contact ABC Fitness
Tech Support for assistance
2. Select the HSRF-500 USB Option
3. Select CR5020 Tab

Resetting Scanner
5. Unlocking Scanner
a. If your HSRF-500 reader was purchased after August 2019, Scan this barcode to
unlock:
b. If your presentation reader was purchased before August 2019, scan this barcode to
unlock:
If the incorrect unlock code is scanned, the scanner will beep 5 times in error.
If this error is received, attempt scanning the other unlock code.
