The S4 Standup corresponds to design category 4.
A boat allocated to this category is intended to operate in wind conditions with
strengths up to 4 on the Beaufort scale and the corresponding wave heights (occa-
sional wave heights up to 0.5 m). These conditions can occur in sheltered inland
waters and in coastal waters under good weather conditions.
