If there is an electric leakage near the insulators, change the spark plugs.
The electrode gap of the spark plugs can be removed with the help of a correctly
adjusted feeler gauge.
A sooted spark plug with combustion residue can be cleaned using a spark plug
cleaning machine or a brass, wire brush.
Replace the spark plug if the insulator or thread is damaged or broken.
In order to avoid damage to the engine, only the prescribed champion RC7PYCB
spark plugs may be used.
Clean the thread of the spark plugs and in the cylinder head.
At the cylinder head, screw in the spark plugs by hand and then tighten to the
prescribed torque.
Install both ignition coils and tighten to the prescribed torque.
Fasten wiring harness on valve covers and attach all wiring harness plugs.
Starting torque spark plugs: 27 Nm
Starting torque ignition coils: 10 Nm
Electrode gap spark plug: 0,69 – 0,84 mm
