Make sure that the package contains the following parts:

Step 1: Attach the arms to the seat cushion
using four (B) bolts, and four (F) washers using
the wrench (E) Note: DON’T fully tighten the
bolts first, keep 50% tightness.
Step 4: Turn the star base upside down, then
press the casters into the holes at the end of
each base leg;
Insert the gas lift into the center hole of the
star base.
Slide the foot ring around the gas lift and
tighten into place by turning the tension knob
to the right.
Adjusting the seat tension
Turn the tilt knob clock wise to make it
easier to rock your chair backwards. Turn
the tilt knob counter-clockwise to make it
harder to rock your chair backwards.
To operate the tilt lockout
To let your chair tilt back, pull the lever out.
To stop your chair from tilting, push the
lever in.
Adjusting the arms
The arms can be flipped up, so that you
can have better rest and is space saving.
Adjusting the seat height
To raise your seat, lean forward to lift your
body weight from the seat, then pull up the
lever. To lower the seat, pull up the lever
while you're seated.
Adjusting the foot ring
Turn the knob on the foot ring
counter-clockwise, then the foot ring can
be raised up or down to your desired
height.

Step 2: Use both hands to buckle the top hole
of the arm with the protruding part of the
backrest tightly, so as to ensure that the two
screw holes on the arm are aligned with the
backrest;
Secure into place with four (C)
bolts, and four (G) washers
using the wrench (E).
Cover the holes with cap
covers (D), then tighten the
four (B) bolts of step 1.
Step 5: Attach the seat cushion down onto the
gas lift firmly until the connection is secure.

Step 3: Attach the seat plate to the seat cushion
using two (H) bolts, two (C) bolts and four (F )
washers .
Tighten all the bolts with the wrench (E), being
careful not to miss-thread the bolts or damage
the seat.
