Firmware updates enhance various functions and repair
system bugs.
You cannot update firmware when battery power is low.
Copying firmware file to internal flash chip:
1. Download the latest firmware file from www.hyperdrive.com. You may
need to unzip to obtain the firmware file (with .SEF extension).
2. Copy the firmware file (with .SEF extension) onto a memory card or the
internal hard drive. If a memory card is used, insert it into the
corresponding slot.
3. Select <Firmware Updates> under "Function” on the main menu.
4. Locate and select the firmware file on the memory card or hard drive.
5. After firmware update is completed, restart device to apply new
firmware.
