Description of normal situations:
[1] The oscillation frequency of RX TP123 and TX TP111 can be detected.
[2] Q108, Q112, Q101, and Q105 are turned on and output about 4.3 V.
[3] The difference between the emitter voltage and base voltage as for Q106, Q110, Q100 and Q103 is
about 0.7 V.
[4] The CV of TP124 ranges from 0.5 V to 4.5 V.
[5] PLL U100 is supplied by 5 V and 3.3 V normally.
[6] The power from TP109 to PLL is about -13 dBm.
[7] TP100 outputs 19.2 MHz signal.
