4.2.4.5 Priority Interrupt
Priority Interrupt is a paid feature that allows the radio to interrupt an ongoing call to release the channel,
consequently, occupy the channel for call, alarm, short message, stun, etc.
Step 1 Enable Priority Interrupt Encode for the interrupting radio and Priority Interrupt Decode for the
interrupted radio.
