4.3.4 Message Service
4.3.4.1 Text Message
Radio can send text message after 4.3.2 Basic Configuration.
4.3.4.2 Status Message
The status message content and status code of the receiving radio and the transmitting radio must be the same.
Path: Trunking -> Service -> Status Message
4.3.4.3 Clarity Transmission
Clarity Transmission allows Radio A to over the air forward the received data via serial port from peripheral
device to Radio B directly, and Radio B send the data to other peripheral device via serial port.
Path:
1. Trunking -> Service -> Data -> Third Party Packet Data
The Third Party Packet Data must be set to Dedicated or Shared. Otherwise, clarity transmission is not
available.
