Do you have a question about the IAG IAG-ENG-7251 and is the answer not in the manual?
Remove intercooler mounting bolts and the driver side intercooler bracket.
Carefully wiggle and remove the intercooler from the engine bay.
Unbolt and remove the throttle body from the intake manifold using a 10mm socket.
Detach the PCV valve assembly and crankcase ventilation sensor from the engine.
Unscrew the PCV vacuum nipple and install a ¼" NPT plug using a ¼" allen socket.
Detach the main engine harness from its mounting bracket on the passenger strut tower.
Remove the main wiring harness bracket using a 10mm socket.
Thread the pre-assembled AOS coolant lines onto the AOS and tighten.
Mount the AOS bracket onto the AOS using three small allen bolts.
Install the AOS onto the strut tower using two mounting holes and 10mm bolts.
Install and adjust the harness relocation bracket, then tighten the 10mm bolt.
Trim and attach the AOS upper coolant line to the OEM coolant expansion tank port.
Route the AOS lower coolant hose to the upper coolant hard pipe on the turbocharger.
Remove OEM upper coolant line and swap with the lower IAG AOS coolant line.
Verify all coolant fittings and clamps on the turbo coolant pipe are tight.
Confirm all specified connections, including Y-fitting and AOS ports, are zip tied.
Start the vehicle, check for leaks, and top off coolant after engine heat cycling.
