Caution
For grease to be used with an actuator that has a cleanroom setting, please use a type of
grease that emits a low amount of dust and is described for cleanroom use.
When standard grease is used, dust may be emitted.
Never use lithium-based grease and fluorine-based grease.
Mixing with urea-based grease not only reduces the performance of the grease, it
may even cause damage to the actuator.
