If the signal LED on your ice.net Wireless Router R90 is flashing blue every 1 second, it indicates a weak signal from the mobile network. To improve your internet speed, try moving the R90 closer to a window. A better signal is indicated by a slower flashing signal LED or a solid signal LED.

Why is my ice.net R90 Wireless Router Wi-Fi signal strength poor and data transfer slow?

Wireless network performance can be affected by distance and obstructions. The further you are from the ice.net Wireless Router R90, the weaker the signal. Walls and metal appliances can also degrade the signal. Try moving your computer closer to the R90 to see if the data rate improves.

If you can't connect to the internet wirelessly with your ice.net Wireless Router R90, first check if the Wi-Fi LED is on. If it's off, log into the web interface (see section 4) and enable Wi-Fi. If the LED is on, ensure your computer is within range of the R90 and connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.

      Thomas PittsAug 25, 2025
If you cannot connect to the Internet with your ice.net Wireless Router R90, and the “Signal” light is on but the “Connect” light is off, ensure you are connected to your R90. If using Wi-Fi, try connecting via an Ethernet cable to see if that resolves the issue. If you're using a third-party firewall, disable it, as it may interfere with the connection. Rebooting your router might also help. If the problem persists, contact customer services.
