10 PRIORITY WATCH
@ Priority watch operation
@® Push [BAND] to select a band, if necessary.
@ Select VFO mode; then, set an operating frequency.
@ Set the watching channel(s).
For memory channel watch:
Select the desired memory channel.
For memory scan watch:
Select memory mode; then, push G29 for 1 sec. to start
memory scan.
For call channel watch:
Select the call channel by pushing [M/CALL] once or twice.
@ Push Gia for 1 sec. to start the watch.
¢ The transceiver checks the memory or call channel frequency
every 5 sec.
¢ The watch resumes according to the selected scan resume con-
dition. (p. 43)
eWhile the watch is pausing, pushing the selected band’s
[M/CALL] resumes the watch manually.
© Push [M/CALL] while the display shows the VFO frequency
to stop the watch.
