Why is my iGenix IG8020 hotplate not working?

If your iGenix Cooktop hotplate isn't working, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, ensure the cooktop is properly plugged into the mains wall socket. If it is not, plug it in firmly. Second, check if there is electricity in the mains wall socket by checking the fuse or breaker.
