Problem Possible Cause Solution
Water ows on the oor.
The door is not closed well.
Refer to "Closing the door", or
refer to the troubleshooting
item below ("The door does not
close completely").
The appliance tilts forward.
Tilt the appliance slightly
backward (a quarter-inch
lower in the back). Refer to the
separate Assembly Instructions
for appliance level adjustment.
The drip pan cracks.
Contact Authorised Service
Centre listed at the end of this
manual.
The water inlet connector is loosened
damaged.
Tighten or replace the water
inlet connector.
The door does not close
completely.
The shelves are out of position.
Make sure the shelves are
in correct position. Refer to
"Movable shelves".
The gaskets are dirty.
Clean the gaskets. Refer to
"Care and cleaning".
The appliance is not level.
Make sure the appliances
is installed in level. Refer to
"Levelling feet", or the separate
Assembly Instructions.
Ice maker does not produce ice.
Or ice is not dispensed.
It takes 12 hours to produce ice after
the water supply line is installed.
Wait for 12 hours after water
line installation and appliance
operation.
Ice maker is deactivated.
Activate the ice maker. Refer to
"Operating dispenser".
Water pressure requirement is not
met.
Ensure the water pressure is
between 30 - 100 psi.
Shuf-o valve is turned o. Turn on the shut-o valve.
Ice storage bin is not installed.
Install the ice storage bin in
place. Refer to "Ice storage bin".
Water supply line is not correctly
installed, or water tube is kinked or
damaged.
Check the water supply line
is correctly installed, or check
the water tube is not kinked or
damaged.
Large ice clumps due to build-up in
the ice storage bin.
Clear the ice storage bin if not
used for a long time.
Refrigerator compartment door is
opened.
Close the refrigerator
compartment door. Ice
dispensing is only available
when the refrigerator
compartment door is closed.
