When the battery is charging, the light indicator on the charger’s AC adapter
should be red.
CAUTION:
Before operating your scooter, always make sure that the scooter seat is
locked in place. Failure to do this could result in serious personal injury as
well as damage to the scooter.
Please refer to the image below for the proper position of the red latch when the
scooter seat is locked in place. The red knob will be fully aligned within the red
circle. The scooter is now ready for use.
When the red latch is not properly locked in place, it may look like the image
below. The red knob of the latch is not fully within the red circle. When this
happens, the scooter seat is not locked in place. As a result, if you were to sit in the
seat and lean backwards, you and the scooter may tip over, potentially causing
serious injury.
