corrente conforme ai dati tecnici
indicati nella targa dati sotto la base
della macchina.
Interruttore generale posizionato
su “0”.
Posizionare l’interruttore generale
su “I”.
L’interruttore generale è
posizionato su “I” ma la
macchina risulta spenta.
Funzione stand-by.
Riattivare la macchina azionando uno
dei pulsanti (
; ; ).
La macchina non eroga
caffè/acqua.
Manca acqua nel serbatoio. Riempire d’acqua il serbatoio.
Innesto non corretto del
serbatoio dell’acqua.
Verificare che il serbatoio dell’acqua sia
completamente inserito.
Non è stato premuto nessun
tasto per l’erograzione.
Premere il tasto desiderato: (
)
o ( ) per caffè, ( ) per acqua.
Componenti interni con presen-
za eccessiva di calcare.
Decalcificare la macchina come
descritto nel paragrafo dedicato.
Perdita acqua dal gruppo
durante l’erogazione.
Il filtro per caffè macinato è
colmo.
Verificare che non vi sia troppo caffè
nel filtro.
Il portafiltro non è stato aggan-
ciato correttamente.
Verificare la corretta chiusura del
portafiltro.
Possibili residui di caffè.
Verificare che la guarnizione di tenuta
sia pulita da residui di caffè.
La macchina non eroga
vapore.
Manca acqua nel serbatoio. Riempire d’acqua il serbatoio.
Componenti interni con presen-
za di calcare.
Decalcificare la macchina come
descritto nel paragrafo dedicato.
Lancia vapore sporca od
ostruita.
Smontare e lavare la lancia vapore
come illustrato nel paragrago “pulizia
e manutenzione”.

turn on.
Power cable not connected to
socket.
Connect the plug to a socket that con-
forms to the technical specifications on
the plate on the base of the machine.
Power switch on '0'. Power switch on 'I'.
The power switch is on
'I' but the machine is
turned off.
Stand-by function.
Restart the machine by pressing one of
the buttons (
; ; ).
The machine does not
produce coffee/water.
There is no water in the tank. Fill the tank with water.
Water tank not fitted properly. Check that the water tank is fully in.
No dispensing button has been
pressed.
Press the right button: (
) or
( ) for coffee, ( ) for water.
Internal components with
excessive limescale.
Descale the machine as described in
the relevant paragraph.
Water leaks from the
parts during use.
The filter for ground coffee is
overfilled.
Check there is not too much coffee in
the filter.
The filter holder has not been
properly connected.
Check the filter holder is properly
closed.
There is coffee residue.
Check that the seal is clean of coffee
residue.
The machine does not
produce steam.
There is no water in the tank. Fill the tank with water.
Internal components with
limescale.
Descale the machine as described in
the relevant paragraph.
The steam wand is dirty or
blocked.
Remove and wash the steam wand as
described in the paragraph 'Cleaning
and maintenance'.
Steam comes out but the
milk is not foamy.
Obstruction of the steam wand.
Turn off the machine and let it cool
down. Remove the steam wand and re-
move any obstructions from the steam
outlet holes. Reattach the steam wand.
