Dear Customer,
We thank you for purchasing the CALLBAR MOBILE phone of
high quality and best value for money.
ASSURANCE:
WING TELECOM INDIA PVT LTD., Brand “CALLBAR” (hereinafter
referred to as “The Company”) assures you that CALLBAR MOBILE
phones are manufactured using high quality components under strict
quality controlled manufacturing process by expert teams.
1. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product
only and is not transferable.
2. The limited warranty for the product (except Battery packs)
extends for the first twelve (12) months beginning on the date
of purchase of handset.
3. The limited warranty for genuine and original Battery Packs
and Charger extends for the first six (6) months beginning on
the date of purchase of the handset. (Earpiece not cover under
warranty).
4. This warranty card in original only filled with sign & stamp of
dealer alongwith invoice must be produced at the time of
availing FREE repair under warranty.
5. Service to this product shall be carried out on a carry-in basis
wherein the customer has to carry the product to the nearest
authorized service center at the purchaser’s risk, responsibility
and cost.
6. The Company’s authorized personnel shall carry out repairs
