SWITCHING THE APPLIANCE ON AND SELECTING THE TEMPERATURE
• Press the ON/OFF (4) selector to switch the heating pad on.
• The temperature is automatically set to level 5 and indicating this on the temperature display (1).
• Select the desired temperature (from 1 to 5) by pressing the temperature selector (3) until the
relative number lights up on the temperature display (1).
• The sand reaches the optimal level of heat after approximately 20’.
• The best way to exploit the sand heat is to use the product from the sand side combined to the
breathable mesh lining side.
AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN
• The heating pad is provided with an automatic switch-off system. The stand-by display (2) lights up
after 3 operating hours to indicate that the product has switched off automatically.
• Switch the appliance back on by pressing the ON/OFF selector (4) and select the desired
temperature once again.
SWITCH-OFF
• Switch the heating pad off by pressing the ON/OFF selector (4) when it is no longer used.
• Remove the plug from the socket.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Check the label on the heating pad and cover for proper maintenance.
ATTENTION! Always pull the plug out of the electric power
socket before cleaning or maintenance.
BEFORE CLEANING OR MAINTENANCE
• Disconnect the power cable from the socket.
• Disconnect the plug (6) from the socket (5).
LINING: the lining of the heating pad is machine washable Always make sure the symbols on the label
sewn on the cover to wash it correctly.
MACHINE WASHING
• Machine wash the cover of the heating pad at 40°C with a delicate cycle.
• Use the gentle spin cycle only. DO NOT run an additional spin cycle.
TUMBLE DRYING
• Dry the cover with a delicate cycle.
• Insert the heating pad into the cover only when it is completely dry.
AIR DRYING
• Lay the cover on a clothes horse until completely dry.
• Insert the heating pad into the cover only when it is completely dry.
PANEL: the panel containing the sand cannot be washed or dried in a dryer.
ATTENTION! Do not apply pegs on the heating pad in order
not to damage it.
