What to do if the Imetec Epilator doesn't emit light?

If no light is emitted when you press the pulse activation button on your Imetec Epilator, first ensure the surface treatment is firmly and evenly pressed on your skin and that the skin colour/device-is-ready LED flashes, indicating good skin contact. If the skin colour/device-is-ready LED flashes rapidly, your skin tone may be too dark for the device. Try another body area. If one or more power level LEDs flash while the skin colour/device-is-ready LED remains off, this indicates a system error. If the skin colour/device-is-ready LED and the power level LEDs are all flashing at once, the device has completed its operational life cycle and should be disconnected and disposed of properly.
