6.2.2 Check the Duty Cycle
1 The duty cycle should be approximately 30 to 40% for column head pressure
(CHP) and Delta P (if fixed volume).
2 Is the Duty Cycle between 30 to 40%?
2a YES—Process with analysis.
2b NO—If the duty cycle is > 50%, check the carrier gas inlet pressure. Replace
the carrier gas filter (PN 3150-0602). Recheck the Duty cycle. If it is still > 50%,
contact INFICON.
6.3 Utilities
The Utilities tab is on the 3000 Micro GC embedded web page. See Figure 6-8.

6.3.1 Set Date/Time
In the Utilities tab, click Set Date/Time to set the correct date and time for the
3000 Micro GC.
