7.12.3 Perform A Single Level Calibration
To quantify unknown samples, the method must contain the peak areas for each
component in the standard calibration sample. To acquire the peak area
information:
 Run the standard calibration sample and designate it as a calibration run
following the steps below, or
 Calibrate the method using a stored run
To calibrate:
1 Click Analysis >> Analysis/Single Level Calibration. See Figure 7-47.
