4 Remove the protective 1/4 in. cap from the GC module inlet fitting. See Figure
8-21.

5 Lower the back of the GC module into position, until there is enough clearance
to position it into place under the lip of the inlet manifold frame. Simultaneously,
make sure the GC module inlet fitting mates with the Swagelok fitting in the
3000 Micro GC inlet manifold. See Figure 8-22.
6 Slide the GC module towards the front of the chassis, until the GC module is
fully seated into the Swagelok fitting in the 3000 Micro GC inlet manifold.
