• Unscrew the capillary filter and replace it with a new one. Do not forget the gasket
for the metal version!
Check or replace the
sinter filter

Switch off the leak detector or disconnect the sniffer line from the device.

Remove the two cross-head screws.

Remove the sinter filter with gasket.

Check the filter optically for soiling.
ð If you do not see any soiling or only slight soiling, continue to use the sinter
filter including gasket.

ð With heavy soiling, replace sinter filter including gasket.

Tighten the sniffer tip again.
ð The sniffer line is ready to be used again.
If you have activated the display of maintenance requests, set the maintenance
interval to the desired new period. Also see "Activate or deactivate maintenance
requests [}63] " and "Set maintenance interval "Filter sniffer tip" or "Air filter" [}63]".

inserts of the capillary
filter and the water
conservation tip
The plastic capillary filter, the metal capillary filter and the water conservation tip are
equipped with filter inserts.
There is a plugwasher below the metal capillary filter and the water conservation tip.
This seal is already integrated into the plastic capillary filter.
