10.2.1 Create a connection between the device and the I/O

Connect the INFICON I/O module with a data cable to the LD socket on the rear
of the device, see "Connections for accessories and control signals [}31]".

Set-up the "Analog output 1".

mantissa hyst.", and "Via interface".

Set-up the "Analog output 2".
ð You can choose from "Off", Pressure p1", Pressure p2", "Leak rate mantissa",
"Leak rate exponent", "Leak rate linear", "Leak rate logarithmic", "Leak rate
mantissa hyst.", and "Via interface".

Set-up the "Analog output scaling".
ð You can choose from "0.5 V / decade", "1 V / decade", "2 V / decade", "2.5
V / decade", "3 V / decade", "5 V / decade", or "10 V / decade".

Set-up the "Exponent upper limit".

The settings "Analog output scaling" and "Upper limit exponent" affect both analog
outputs dependent on the selected function, see the table overview below.
Functions and assignment of analog outputs:
