Troubleshooting
Whenever there is a problem with the appliance, check if you can solve it by following the tables below. If
the problem persists, contact customer service.
Note: Any electrical repairs to this product must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Please con-
tact the Technical Support Center if you have any questions before performing any of the above steps.

DESCRIPTION POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The air conditioning does
not work.
No power on
The display shows “FL”.
The room temperature is too
low.
The room temperature is below
the cooling temperature setting.
Reset the circuit breaker in the
power cable.
Turn off the air, drain the water
tank and restart.
The appliance should operate at
an ambient temperature be-
tween 7ºC and 35ºC.
Change the temperature setting.
Poor cooling performance. Air inlets / outlets are obstructed Remove any foreign bodies that
may be obstructing the air inlets
/ outlets.
The air conditioning is very
noisy.
The air conditioner is not on an
even surface.
Place the air conditioner on a rm
oor and on a carpet.
Compressor does not
work.
The room temperature is very high. Turn off the air conditioner and wait
3 minutes before turning it on again
once the ambient temperature has
decreased.
Error code E1 Internal circuit temperature sensor
error.
Switch off the appliance, let it cool
down and switch it on again. If the
error persists, contact your local
service centre..
Error code E2 Error in the external temperature
sensor.
Wait until the ambient temperature
is between 7ºC and 35ºC. If the error
persists, contact the ofcial technical
service.
Error code E4 Error in the anti-freeze protection. The heater temperature is too low
and the entire air conditioning sys-
tem is deactivated.
When the temperature exceeds 8°C,
the protection is released and the
previous operating state is restored.
