Handle adiscbyits edges. Never touchthe surface
of the disc. Do not bend the disc.

Alwaysplace discsintheir storagecases when they
are not being used.

To clean adisc, wipe the surface fromthe centre to
the outer edgeusing aclean, soft cloth. Do not
wipe the disc using acircular motion.
Do not useaconventional record cleaner or
alcoholintended for industrial use.

The inner and outer edges of anew disc maybe
rough. Remove the rough edges by rubbing the in-
ner and outer edgeswith the side of apen or pencil
as illustrated.

Nevertouchthe terminal portion of the USB
memory device.
•
Do notplace heavyobjects on the USB memory
device.
•
Do not store the USB memorydeviceinveryhumid
locations.
•
Do not expose the USB memorydevicetodirect

Data only by meansofthe intended End-User
functionsofthisapplication or device.
Youagree that youwilluse Gracenote Data, the
Gracenote Software, and Gracenote Servers for
your own personal non-commercialuse only.
Youagree not to assign, copy,transfer ortrans-
mit the Gracenote Software or any Gracenote
Datatoany third party. YOUAGREE NOTTOUSE
OR EXPLOIT GRACENOTE DATA,THE GRACENOTE
SOFTWARE, OR GRACENOTE SERVERS, EXCEPT
AS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED HEREIN.
Youagree that your non-exclusive licencetouse
the Gracenote Data, the Gracenote Software,
and Gracenote Servers will terminate if youvio-
late these restrictions. If your licence
terminates,you agree to ceaseany and alluse
of theGracenote Data, the Gracenote Software,
andGracenote Servers. Gracenote reserves all
rightsinGracenote Data, the Gracenote Soft-
ware, and the Gracenote Servers, including all
ownership rights. Under no circumstances will
Gracenotebecome liable for anypayment toyou
for any information that
youprovide. Youagree
that Gracenote, Inc.mayenforceits rights under
thisAgreement against youdirectly in its own
name.
TheGracenote service uses aunique identifier
totrackqueries forstatisticalpurposes. The pur-
pose of arandomly assigned numeric identifier
is to allow the Gracenote service to countque-
ries without knowing anything about who you
