INFINITI InTouchprovides in-vehicle access to
two types of applications: Vehicle Appsand Mo-
bile Apps (where fitted) Vehicle Appscan be
downloaded from AppGarageinthe menu
screen.Mobile Apps(where fitted) are alimited
selectionofpopular smartphone-based Apps
that have been customised for in-vehicle use.
Mobile Apps(where fitted) canbeaccessed by
connecting acompatible smartphone to the ve-
hicle.
The system allows you to download new appli-
cations, update downloaded applicationsand
delete downloaded applicationsinasimilar
manner to popular smartphone operating sys-
tems.
Somepre-installed Vehicle Appscan be used
without taking any further action. However,you
will need to connect acompatible smartphone
tothe vehicle in order to update Vehicle Appsor
use Mobile Apps(where fitted).
Theuse of applicationsisonlyguaranteed for
smartphonesthathave been tested and
approvedfor usewith INFINITI InTouchApps.
Only iPhone and Androiddevices are currently
supported. Android smartphones must support
Bluetooth® and SPP (Serial Port Profile).
Availableitem Action
[DeviceName] The name of the connected Bluetooth® deviceisdisplayed. Touch[Device
Name]todisplay the keyboard input screen for editing.
[Pin Code] The passkeyofthe connected Bluetooth® deviceisdisplayed.
Touch[Pin Code] to display the keyboard input screen.
DeviceAddressThe deviceaddressofthe connected Bluetooth® deviceisdisplayed.
