usethem instead of the top tether strap fol-
lowingthe child restraint manufacturer’s in-
structions.

side to side and tugitforward to make sure
that it is held securely in place.
8. Checktomakesure that the child restraint is
properly secured prior to each use. If the
child restraint is loose, repeat steps3
