What to do if I cannot make a call on my InFocus Telephone?

If you cannot make a call, it may be due to a network error. Please check your network connection and verify that the Ethernet cable is working properly and connected to both a live jack and the LAN connector on the back of the phone. If the 'Not Registered' icon is displayed without error messages, log into your InFocus portal account or contact your service provider to verify that your device is displayed, registered, and authenticated.
