4. Select 2 to highlight Batch Menu
5. Select 2 to highlight View Batch History
6. Select the batch you would like to view (1 Batch #, 2 All, 3 Last
Batch)
Delete Batch
This feature will delete all transactions in the current batch.
1. At idle menu press [.,#*] for the Admin menu
2. Key in Admin name then press [Enter]
3. Key in Admin password then press [Enter]
4. Press 2 to select Batch Menu or press [F2] to scroll down to
highlight Batch Menu then press [Enter]
5. Press 3 to select Delete Batch or press [F2] to scroll down to
highlight Delete Batch then press [Enter]
6. Key in Admin Name and press [Enter]
7. Key in Admin Password and press [Enter]
8. Terminal displays Confirm Deletion? Press [F1] for Yes, to delete
the batch, or [F4] for No, to cancel the request. Terminal displays
Deletion Complete after Yes is selected
Host Batch Inquiry
This feature allows the merchant to request the current batch totals from
the host and view or print it. The current batch totals in the terminal will
also be displayed or printed, and it will be noted if the host and terminal
totals are in balance.
1. At idle menu press [.,#*] for the Admin menu
2. Key in Admin name then press [Enter]
3. Key in Admin password then press [Enter]
4. Press 2 to select Batch Menu
5. Press 4 to select Host Batch Inquiry
6. Press 1 to select Print or 2 to select Display.
a. If Display is selected
i. The host batch totals are displayed
ii. “Totals OK” is displayed if the totals in the
terminal are the same as those from the host,
otherwise, “Totals Not Ok” is displayed
iii. Press enter to return to the idle menu
b. If Print is selected
i. The host batch totals and the terminal batch
totals are printed
