Terminal behavior
Battery saver – There are two functions that extend battery life and thus provide greater autonomy:
Standby mode – the terminal operates in an energy-saving mode. Standby mode is activated only when the
terminal is inactive (displays the home screen) and is not connected. To reactivate the terminal, simply press
the green key
. Note that a few seconds are needed after the terminal comes back from the standby mode
to detect the new cellular signal (refer yourself to the cellular signal icon).
Backlighting control – the screen’s backlighting is turned off after a 15-second period of inactivity.
In the event of low battery (
) – A low battery is indicated by a blinking recharge indicator on the home screen.
At that moment it is important to connect the terminal to recharge the battery.
