Calibration
This
screen
allows
the
user
to
calibrate
the
tool
parameters.
It
is
a
process
of
maintaining
accuracy
of the tool. This involves configuring the tool parameters with values that are in acceptable range.
Do
the
following
to
modify
the
existing
value
of
any
parameter:
Enter
a
value
in
the
New
Value
field.
1.
Select
Apply .2.
The
current
value
of
the
parameter
will
be
updated
with
the
latest
value.
User
can
select
Reset
under
'Reset
to
Factory'
for
restoring
the
values
to
factory
default.
Do
the
following
to
calibrate
Transducer
Range:
Under
Calibration,
select
Start.
1.
Calibration
window
will
be
displayed.
Perform
the
fastening
operation
to
obtain
a
value
in
the
Internal
Torque
field.2.
In
the
External
Torque
field,
enter
a
value
measured
from
external
device.3.
To
obtain
Resultant
TR,
repeat
step
2
&
step
3
at
least
5
times
and
then
select
Stop
Calibration .
4.
To send the Resultant to the tool, select Send.5.
Select Close.6.
Do the following to calibrate KT Sensitivity:
Under
Calibration,
select
Start.
1.
Calibration
window
will
be
displayed.
Perform the fastening operation to update values on the screen.2.
To obtain the automatically calculated KT Sensitivity value, select Stop Calibration .3.
To
send
the
KT
Sensitivity
to
the
tool,
select
Send.4.
Select
Close .5.
