Statistics Settings
This screen allows the user to provide settings for calculating statistical data. To enable statistical
calculation, select the Enable Calculation field to show indicator in ON position.
Edit Statistics Settings
Do the following to edit the statistics settings:
In the Sample Size field, enter a value for size of the sample to be used for calculation.1.
From the Sample Type field, select from the drop
down list:2.
All: Allows sampling of all passed and failed cycles including failure due to hardware
faults.

Passed Cycles Only: Allows sampling all passed cycles.x
All but Hardware Faults : Allows sampling all cycles except failures due to hardware
faults.

Select required parameters from the list.3.
Select Save.4.
Statistic types displayed on the Statistics Settings screen are described in the following table:

Average used to derive the central

Calculated as (6 * sigma / Mean) *

Pass %
Indicates the pass status in
percentage.
Fail % Indicates the fail status in percentage.
