Maintenance
Alarm
This
screen
allows
the
user
to
set
maintenance
alarms
for
smooth
functioning
of
the
tools.
These
alarms notify the user when one or more maintenance activities are due. For description of any
listed
parameter,
refer
to
the
table.
Modifying the Alarm
Do
the
following
to
modify
the
alarm
settings:
From
right
side
of
the
related
alarm,
select
.1.
To
enable
or
disable
the
alarm,
select
the
Enable
Alarm
field.

If
OFF
is
selected,
select
Save
to
close.
If
ON
is
selected,
proceed
to
step
3.
From
the
Alarm
Name
field,
select
an
alarm
from
the
drop
down
list
or
manually
enter
a
name.

NOTE :
For
first
3
alarms,
user
can
select
a
name
from
the
drop
down
list.
For
last
2
custom
alarms, user
needs to enter a name in ASCII text.
Select
any
one
from
the
following:4.
Cycle :
Allows
selecting
the
number
of
cycles
after
which
an
alarm
needs
to
trigger.x
Days:
Allows
selecting
the
number
of
days
after
which
an
alarm
needs
to
trigger.x
If Cycle is selected, from the Cycle Count field, select # of cycles from the drop down list.
Else,
proceed
to
Step
6.

If Days is selected, from the Duration field, select # of days from the drop down list.6.
NOTE :
Trigger
Date
will
be
displayed.
For
an
e-mail
notification,
select
Email
check
box
and
do
as
follows:7.
In
To
field,
enter
the
address
of
the
email
box
to
which
the
email
needs
to
be
delivered.a.
To
enter
the
address
of
the
email
box
to
which
a
carbon
copy
(CC)
of
the
email
needs
to
be
delivered,
select
add
CC.
b.
To
enter
the
address
of
the
email
box
to
which
a
blind
carbon
copy
(BCC)
of
the
email
needs
to
be
delivered,
select
add
BCC.
c.
In Subject field, enter a headline to uniquely identify the email.d.
In Message field, enter details indicating the purpose of this email.e.
Select Save.8.
NOTE :
User
can
select
to
reset
the
Alarm.
