Volkswagen XML
Volkswagen XML (VWXML) is a communication protocol used to connect the controller with Master
server and sends the EOR results in the XML format. To enable VWXML, select the Enable field to
show indicator in ON position. To enable logs, select within the Enable Logs field to show indicator
in ON position.
Fields displayed on the VWXML screen are described as follows:

VWXML Version
Information
Drop down list contains the
supported VWXML versions.
Default VWXML version is 2.1
Port Number A
Number that identifies the port A.
Default port number is 4700
Port Number B
Number that identifies the port B.
Default port number is 4710
Retry Interval (Sec)
The amount of time to wait before
sending the message again in
case of no reply.
Default retry interval value is 3
seconds
Keep Alive Timer
(Sec)
The timeout value for the keep
alive message and master server.
Default keep alive timer value is 7
seconds
Enter the information in the fields and then select Save.
