When the data frame does not have Tag priority or IP priority,
the default priority of port will be used as the Tag priority
when the frame forwards.
11.2 Flow Control
While bringing convenience to users, some applications also take up a lot of network bandwidth.
The total bandwidth of network is limited. If these applications excessively take up network
bandwidth, it is bound to affect the normal use of network by other users. In order to ensure that all
users within the LAN can use network resources in a normal way, you can limit the flow of
designated host in the LAN through the IP flow limit function.
