Warning:
1). When you set a password or PIN, be sure to write
down it before you click to Confirm. Otherwise, you will
not be able to access the device.
2). If you forget your password, please enter an incorrect
password consecutively for 5 times. The system will then
prompt you with "Try again in 30 seconds." Waiting for 30
seconds, please enter the wrong password again, a
pop-up window will appear on the device with the
message: "Forgot your password? For help, please
contact customer service and provide the following code:
xxxx". Send the 4-digit code you receive to us by
Messager, Email, or Facebook. We will promptly provide
you with an unlocking password. Fill the unlocking
password into the text box of the pop-up, click “OK”, and
the device will be unlocked. Once unlocking, the
previously set password will be cleared. You need to set a
new password to protect your device, but be sure to
remember the new password.
