INNOCIGS – WARRANTY & REPAIR
Warranty claims are excluded for damage resulting from:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Environmental factors (Ex: moisture, heat, dust, etc.)
- Failure to comply with the safety notes of the device
- Not following the instructions
- Use of force (Ex: shock, impact, case)
- Submission of claims that have not been authorized through InnoCigs service addresses
- Unauthorized repair attempts
- Sending warranty repair in unsafe packaging
InnoCigs reserves in all warranty cases, the right to scrutinize the claim until the final decision. InnoCigs reserves
the right to revise these warranty conditions.
