8.4.8.2. BCS
This menu is only available if the battery blocks are
monitored by the INOTEC BCS system. During an endur-
ance test, the battery data is recorded in a separate BT
test logbook. Activating the BCS button calls up detailed
information about the BCS system. Current information
of the battery blocks are available in this menu.
The sensors are displayed in separated columns with cur-
rent values of the battery blocks which need to be moni-
tored. Data about block voltage and temperature are
listed here. To the left and right of the battery pair there
are two coloured lines, which give the respective batter-
ies their colour aliations.
When you click a battery pair, a diagram appears visualis-
ing a brief history of the voltage.
In case the monitored values are outside of
the dened tolerance range, the symbol of the
“noticeable sensor” changes from the light blue
into the red colour mode.
Status modications of the battery management
system get protocolled in the logbook.
In case there is not second battery set, the second
line stays empty. The CLS FUSION - 24 Ah and the
CLS FUSION - POWER - 48 Ah unit has a second set of
batteries.
8.4.8.2. BCS
Die Batterieblöcke des Notlichtgerätes werden mit dem
INOTEC BCS-System überwacht. Bei einem Betriebsdau-
ertest werden die Daten der Sensoren in einem BT Prüf-
buch protokolliert. Durch Betätigen der Schaltäche BCS
können Detailinformationen des BCS Systems abgerufen
werden. Aktuelle Informationen der einzelnen Batterieb-
löcke stehen hier zur Verfügung.
Die Sensoren sind in separaten Spalten mit aktuellen
Werten der zu überwachenden Batterieblöcke darge-
stellt. Hier sind Daten zur Blockspannung und der Tem-
peratur aufgeführt. Links und rechts neben dem Batte-
riepaar benden sich zwei farbige Striche, diese geben
der jeweiligen Batterie Ihre Farbzugehörigkeit.
Mit einem Klick auf ein Batteriepaar gelangen Sie zu
einem Diagramm, das einen kurzzeitigen Verlauf der
Spannung visualisiert.
Sofern sich die überwachten Werte außerhalb
eines festgelegten Toleranzbereiches benden,
wechselt das Symbol des „auälligen Sensors“
von dem hellblauen in den roten Farbmodus.
Im Prüfbuch werden Zustandsänderungen des
Batteriemanagementsystems protokolliert. Ist kein zwei-
ter Batteriesatz vorhanden bleibt die zweite Zeile frei.
Die CLS FUSION - 24 Ah und die CLS FUSION - POWER -
48 Ah Anlagen besitzen einen zweiten Batteriesatz.
