Overview
When driving conditions are met, the bit pattern in D with the carry ag M8022 is rotated K bit places to the
right on every execution of the RCR instruction. The lower bits with the carry ag that are rotated out of D

Function
The bit pattern in D with the carry ag M8022 is rotated n bit places to the right.
The instruction of the pulse execution type is generally used.
When the 32-bit instruction is executed, the register variable occupies two consecutive units.
