6 Positioning and Interpolation G90G01: 2-axis linear absolute position interpolation
1) Interpolation at the x- and y-axes (Y0/Y1) results in output complete interrupt of only one
pulse.
The "interrupt enabling ag bit" of special elements must be set. See the following table.
