XX01 Invalid command code Check whether the internal denition is
correct.
XX02 Abnormal address Check whether the address is normal or
whether the address can be accessed.
XX03 Abnormal data Check whether the data is within a specied
range.
XX04 Invalid operation Check whether the operation is authorized.
XX05 Invalid length Check whether the data length is beyond the
limit.
XX06 Responding timeout Check whether the connection is normal.
The codes are displayed in decimal format. "XX" indicates the station number, which means that an error occurs
when station

Different from error codes for the master station, an error code for a slave PLC does not include the station
number.
