Cause
Troubleshooting
Solution
1. FPGA internal speed
overflows.
Check whether the servo
drive power cables are
connected in the correct
sequence at both ends.
Connect the U, V, and W
cables according to correct
phase sequence.
2. The motor speed
overshoots.
Check in the software tool
whether the speed feedback
exceeds the overspeed
threshold.
Adjust the gain or
mechanical running
conditions.
● E500.2: FPGA position feedback pulse overspeed
Description:
The MCU has detected that the position feedback increment from the FPGA is too
large.
Cause
Troubleshooting
Solution
Communication error
occurred between boards of
the drive.
The alarm persists in spite of
repeated power off and on.
Replace the servo drive.
● E550.0: initial operation block number not exist
Description:
The initial operation block number does not exist.
Cause
Troubleshooting
Solution
The block number
designated by PLC through
POS_STW1.0‑5 is outside the
range of 0 to 15 or is within
this range but the attribute
is set to "Invisible".
Check the block number
selected and the attribute of
this block number.
Rectify the operation block
number of the initial
segment or change the
attribute to "Visible".
● E550.1: relative/absolute attribute of positioning or fixed stopper commands set
improperly
Description:
Relative/Absolute attribute of positioning or fixed stopper commands are set
improperly.
Cause
Troubleshooting
Solution
The relative/absolute
attribute of the positioning
or fixed stopper commands
are set improperly.
Check whether bit8–bit11 of
the task mode
(H28.16–H28.31) of current
operation block is 0 or 1.
Set bit4–bit7 of the
corresponding task mode of
the positioning or fixed
stopper to 0 to 1 (absolute
or relative).
● E550.8: fixed stopper point not found
Description:
