persists after repeated
restart.
● Switch the PLC to normal
operation state.
● Use the STP cable.
● Connect the cable
according to the wiring
instructions.
● Replace the servo drive.

● EE08.0: PLC synchronization lost
Description:
The SYNC signal is turned off when the PROFINET network is in the OP state.

Solution
Bit10 of the PLC control
word changes after the
servo drive is enabled in
host controller control
mode.
Check whether STW1.bit10
(Encoder feedback mode) is
set to 0 (Internal/External
encoder feedback
switchover at electronic gear
ratio switchover).
If STW1.bit10 is 0, set bit10
to 1.
● EE08.1: PLC stopped
Description:
The PLC stopped.
Cause

Solution
The PLC stops during
synchronous
communication.
● Check whether the PLC is
in the normal operation
state.
● Check whether the STP is
used as the
communication cable.
● Check whether the servo
drive is well grounded.
● Check the Ethernet port of
the servo drive is damaged.
● Switch the PLC to normal
operation state.
● Use the STP.
● Connect the cable
according to the wiring
instructions.
● EE08.7: Abnormal heartbeat
Description:
The heartbeat is abnormal during synchronous communication.
