Confirming Method Solution
The accumulative heat of
the regenerative resistor
exceeds the maximum
thermal capacity of the
regenerative resistor.
Check whether the value of
H0b.67 exceeds 100%.
1. Check if large discharge
current is present due to
high bus voltage.
2. Ensure that the motor
cannot be driven
reversely.
3. Replace the servo drive.
In applications where the motor drives a vertical axis or is driven by the load, set H0A.12 to
0 to hide the runaway fault.
● E400.0: Main circuit overvoltage
Cause:
The DC bus voltage between P⊕ and N⊖ exceeds the overvoltage threshold.
220 V servo drive: Normal value: 310 V Overvoltage threshold: 420 V
380 V servo drive: Normal value: 540 V Undervoltage threshold: 760 V
