Charging the Battery
You need to fully charge the battery before using it in your CK32.
You can charge a battery after partial dishcarge without a ecting
the original battery capacity. Use the next table to understand the
maximum charging times for a fully discharged battery. It may
take less time to charge the battery depending on the state of the
battery charge.

Note: For best performance, keep a charged battery in
the CK32 at all times.

CK32 I-Safe
When the battery reaches the end of its useful life, the
spent battery should be disposed of by a quali ed
recycler or hazardous materials handler. Do not mix
this battery with the solid waste stream. Contact your
Intermec Technologies Service Center for recycling or
disposal information.
Note: In the U.S.A., the EPA does not consider spent
Li-ion batteries as hazardous waste.
Disposal Instructions
Replacing the Battery
Turn o the CK32 by pressing the Power button.
Push down on the battery latch and pull up on the battery
door.

Remove the battery.
Insert the battery by pressing down on the battery latch and
inserting the battery.
