Meanings of the lights
Installation and start-up
Quickly fl ashing red → You have pressed the Reset button and
the camera is waiting to scan the QR code (which appears in the
mobile app downloaded on your smartphone).
Quickly fl ashing red and green → The camera has scanned the
QR code and is attempting to connect to the Wi network.
Slowly fl ashing red and green → The camera is connected to
the Wi network and is attempting to connect to ioteoCloud.
Continuous red light → The camera is starting up or is installing
an update.
Operation
Continuous green light → The camera is connected and is
saving to ioteoCloud.
Slowly fl ashing green → The camera is connected but is not
saving to ioteoCloud.
Error mode
Slowly fl ashing red → The camera is unable to connect to the
Wi network or ioteoCloud. There are several possible reasons:
• You have entered an incorrect password when
connecting to your Wi network.
• You have changed the password or the name (SSID) of
your Wi access point.
• Your camera is located too far away from the Wi
network
• Make sure your camera is not installed on another
account

Check that you are still able to browse the Internet on your
mobile phone when connected to your Wi network.

Start the installation process again following the guide. You
will need to press the Reset button before you start.
