Thank you for your purchase of the IPC Eagle
CT15 Compact Automatic Scrubber.
To keep your Scrubber operating at peak ser-
vice We recommend the following Daily
Maintenance Steps:
1.Transport Scrubber to area where Recovery water will be dumped.
*When transporting Scrubber, please insure that squeegee is raised and machine is tilted back towards you.
2. Insure that Brush and Vacuum controls are in the off position
3. Remove Recovery Tank Lid
4. Remove Top Recovery Tank-Remove cover from dump hose and lower carefully
in to mop sink or drain area
5. Using clean water source, spray out Recovery Tank to remove all debris and ex-
cess dirt
6. With recover tank lid off, check Foam Overflow Float to insure it is free of any de-
bris and moving freely
8. Following Recovery Tank Draining and Cleaning, check water Inlet to insure it is free of
debris, fill clean Solution tank using Clean Water source
9. With Brush off of machine, using clean water source, rinse brush to remove debris
and excess dirt
10. Remove Squeegee Assembly from Scrubber, using clean water source and
wiping cloth, insure to remove excess dirt and debris
11. Following above procedures, place Recovery Tank back in working
position as well as Brush and Squeegee Assembly
12. Plug Charger Plug into Electrical outlet to insure Scrubber is fully charged
for next day’s cleaning
