Plate can revolve in either direction to ease line loading.
Return plate to position and replace locking axle or screw securely.
Check body and moving mechanisms for any damage prior to use.
Check for ease of movement with the plate and locking axle or screw.
Locate the spring-loaded locking axle or screw atop the device.
Push and twist locking axle or screw mechanism to release its grip.
Free the locking axle or screw from opposing plate and revolve plate for access.
Re-lock the pulley by re-aligning the locking axle or screw and pushing to secure.
